Therapy is a safe space where we will be exploring thoughts and feelings that may have affected you during these tough times, and allowing us to understand and make things clearer and manageable. Every therapy session is not the same, and is unique tailored to your needs. 


It is also time set aside for you to confront your feelings, as we may have been busy in the past, focusing on other stuff, or it may not be the right time to talk,  our attention is pulled in every corner. 


It may be intimidating talking to a stranger however therapy allows you to feel less alone with your issue as I will support you in a non judgmental way as I believe a good therapeutic relationship is one of the key elements for therapy, to become rewarding and successful.
